The Eros vessel, crafted from oak and adorned with hand-carved beads of native Australian wattle, exudes natural beauty and spirit. Carved from fallen oak, its grain remains visible beneath the preservation, with horizontal striations encircling the form like timeless timelines. Bold, vertical fissures run through the wood, unapologetically revealing its ancient story rather than concealing it. The vessel rises in an irregular, organic shape, shaped as much by weather and decay as by the hands that carved it, embodying resilience, history, and nature’s enduring artistry. 

This vessel was carved in 2025. It stands 24 cm tall x 15 cm in diameter.

Oak, native Australian wattle.
