FREE SHIPPING 

We provide complimentary domestic shipping on all orders that exceed the value of $350. It is important to note that specific conditions apply. Our free shipping offer only applies to shipping rates below AUD 70.00. Please note that free shipping does not apply bulky items such as rugs, ceramic lamps, ceramic pots, large concrete objects and furniture.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Our current carriers include Sendle (standard local), Australia Post (Express local and international), and DHL Express (local and international).

Once an online order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email. Australia Post delivery service is fully trackable online here

Please note the following delivery times are a guideline only and are subject to change. Transit/delivery times to regional areas will vary; you can usually give or take a day extra. Please remember that we also dispatch from a "regional" so that an additional day can be a given once lodged. 

Metropolitan (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide) – 2 to 5 business days

Regional NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, QLD, WA, NT – 3 to 8 business days

Remote areas QLD, SA, NT, WA, TAS – 5 to 10 business days

Additional postage charges may be applied to some remote areas depending on the parcel size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

International parcels are shipped using DHL Express. Once an online order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email with tracking details. 

Please note the following delivery times are a guideline only and are subject to change. Again, please refer to Austalia Post's website for further understanding of timeframes and zoning. 

Zone 1 – New Zealand | 2-4 working days

Zone 2 – North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-10 working days

Zone 3 – Rest of the world | 8-12 working days

Shipping costs for all international orders will be determined by your zone and the weight of your parcel. All international shipping costs will be adjusted at checkout.

Please note that if your parcel will be delivered outside any major city centre or held at the local customs clearance, further delays may be beyond the delivery times guideline. We recommend following up with your local post office should this appear. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

For international orders, the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be automatically deducted from the original price. This indicates that the price displayed is already exclusive of GST. Should you choose to apply a welcome discount code, the 10% reduction will be applied to the price exclusive of GST. 

 INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

The price displayed on the checkout page includes all applicable taxes and duties, except for orders going to the USA. We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience for our international customers by collecting duties and taxes at the time of purchase. Our guaranteed landed cost calculations include IOSS and UK VAT remittance for your convenience.

By allowing you to pay all relevant duties, taxes, and fees upfront, we enhance cost transparency and facilitate faster customs clearance. This approach not only simplifies your shopping experience but also ensures that you can enjoy your purchases without unexpected delays.

We do not retain any funds from taxes and duties; instead, these amounts are forwarded to the appropriate international customs authorities.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Before opening your parcel, we advise you to do a quick inspection for any external damage. If there is damage, please document it by taking multiple photos and recording the time you picked up your parcel.

If there is a damaged item, please retain all packaging, document the damage with photos, and contact us immediately at website@islandluxe.com.aureturns@islandluxe.com.au.
