Cloud Hidden's teapots are shaped entirely by hand at the studio's workshop in Taiwan, by tea ceramists who understand clay the way they understand a cup of tea.
Each piece is fired, then dressed in ash or charcoal drawn straight from the wood-fired kiln and pressed on by hand — a process that means no two teapots, and no two sessions, are ever quite the same. Finished with a handle of wood, bamboo or clay, they are made to be held as much as admired.
