TASTING PROFILE

Liquor: Deep amber, thick and clear.

Aroma: Warm malt and damp forest floor.

Flavour: Rich earth, dark berries, gentle sweetness; no bitterness, no rough edges.

Body: Smooth and coating, settles immediately into the belly.

Energy: Grounding and steady. Warmth without heaviness.

Prepared in ceremony and shared in bowls from the side-handle pot. At home, brew simply: generous leaf, boiling water, short steeps. This tea doesn't need precision. It just needs to be made.
